Percy Jackson and the Olympians: the Lightning Thief

 Percy is just your average kid, or so he thought. He has Dyslexia and ADHD and gets kicked out of pretty much every school he goes to. Also, he is, for some reason, able to see monsters no one else can.
One day, Percy is taken to a place called Camp Half-Blood, but only after being chased by a minotaur and a fury. There, he finds out that he is a son of Poseidon. Also, he is supposedly mentioned in the great prophecy as a child of one of The Big Three. The Big Three is a name for the three most powerful Greek gods, Zeus, the god of lightning, Poseidon, the god of the sea, and Hades, The god of the underworld. He is accused of stealing Zeus' Master Bolt, but he is innocent. He has to return it by the summer solstice, or Zeus and Poseidon will go to war. Will Percy return it on time? The 39 Clues

I'm currently reading a GREAT series called The 39 Clues. A boy named Dan Cahill and his sister Amy find out that they are part of the most powerful family in the world. There grandmother Grace gives them a choice: 1,000,000 dollars or go on a hunt for 39 clues. When all the clues are found, the person who found them will be the most powerful person in the world.
